David Hein
Vice President

Read David’s Bio

David was hired as the project manager for the development of The Golf Club at Newcastle in 1996 and was Regional Operations Manager from 2001 to 2004. After serving as the General Manager of The Golf Club at Newcastle from 2004 to 2010, David moved into his current role, directing acquisitions and business development. David has over 30 years of experience in golf management, employed as Regional Golf Course Superintendent with American Golf Corporation from 1982 to 1990, where his responsibilities included working intimately with several municipalities in a management contract scenario. Prior to coming to Oki Developments, he was Construction Manager for the Lanai Company, overseeing the construction of two world-class golf resorts. David attended Iowa State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture.

David Uchida
Director of Operations

​David Uchida joined the Oki Golf team in 2002 after 13 years with Nordstrom Inc. and 2 years as the Director of Operations with the Seattle Sounders. His initial role was to centralize our membership and tournament sales programs. Shortly after, David was promoted to General Manager of The Plateau Club from 2002 to 2010 and then to General Manager of The Golf Club at Newcastle from 2010 to 2015. In April 2015, David was promoted to his current Director of Operations role, overseeing operations at all of our properties. He was born and raised in the Seattle area and attended the University of Washington.

Glenn Hirai
Director of Purchasing

Read Glenn’s Bio

An integral part of the Oki Golf team, Glenn Hirai is responsible for providing oversight and management of development projects, creating and maintaining building and property maintenance plans, and providing building and property management functions at the Oki Home Office, seven championship golf courses, and other real estate holdings. Prior to joining Oki Golf, he was a project manager/team lead for the Bellevue, WA-based architecture firm, MulvannyG2 Architecture, where he managed commercial projects nationally and internationally. His experience includes master planning, design, construction management, feasibility and development analysis, and program management. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Amy Li
Director of Finance

Read Amy’s Bio

Amy joined Oki Golf in 2020, and has worked in the accounting and taxation fields since 2004. She began her career with an accounting firm. Amy developed excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills at a public accounting firm. Prior to joining Oki Golf, she had worked for Nintendo of America, Inc. and Univar USA, Inc. Amy gained expert knowledge and experience in all areas of general accounting, tax accounting, financial statements, and business and tax planning. She has been recognized for a keen business sense, established herself with financial expertise, and demonstrated leadership skills. As a creative and accomplished financial leader with a solid background in both tax and accounting, Amy has a passion for quality and excellence, the desire to confront and conquer challenges, and building a collaborative, structured approach to decision-making. Her strengths lie in building quality financial processes that meet and exceed expectations and developing a good business partnership with other departments. Amy earned a Master of Accounting from the University of Oregon, Eugene, and a Bachelor of Accounting from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, China.

Susana Kim
Director of Human Resources

Read Susana’s Bio

Susana was born in Seoul, Korea, and grew up in Edmonds, WA. She graduated from the University of Washington and is proud to call Washington home. Susana is grateful for having worked in various industries throughout her career. Working for Boeing after college, she moved to Jack in the Box, where she was promoted from a corporate trainer to a district manager overseeing 12 restaurants. Following her experience in the restaurant industry, she moved on to Nordstrom and then to various hotel chains before coming to Oki Golf in 2022. As the head of our HR team, her primary responsibility is to protect company assets, especially our hardworking team members. When away from the office, Susana spends her free time in the garden, traveling, or back on the golf course!

Walt LaMonte
Controller

Read Walt’s Bio

​Walt joined Oki in March 2022 and has decades of experience as a controller, primarily in the manufacturing industry. Before getting his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Accounting from Eastern Washington University, Walt enlisted in the Navy, where he was a Nuclear Electricians Mate. At Oki Golf, Walt is responsible for ensuring the accounting team provides accurate and timely financial information to management and the properties.

Caitlin Manigley
Marketing and Communications Manager

The heart of our marketing team, Caitlin, leads the charge on all of Oki Golf’s marketing efforts. Primarily, she cultivates and guides the Oki Golf brand marketing, communications, content development, advertising, and social media. Caitlin grew up in Claremont, NH, and attended Mount Holyoke College. Before joining Oki Golf, she worked for the City of Lynnwood – primarily focusing on community events and engagement, team building, training, and customer service. In 2018, Caitlin started her career with Oki Golf. She was hired as the Recreation and Events Manager at The Plateau Club, responsible for member communications, events, program offerings for the membership, and the supervision of the recreation department. In 2022, she was promoted to her current role at Oki Golf.

    2025 Oki Golf Passport Program-Terms & Conditions

    Bonus Round

    • The bonus round received upon completion of the Passport Program is an additional Flex Round. This round may be redeemed at Harbour Pointe, Redmond Ridge, Trophy Lake, and Hawks Prairie without restrictions.
    • Bonus Round is valid for redemption until March 31, 2026.
    • An additional fee of $25 applies if the Bonus Round is used at Washington National or Indian Summer before 2 PM, Friday-Sunday. A $50 upcharge applies anytime at Newcastle – China Creek.
    •  The Bonus Round cannot be used at Newcastle – Coal Creek
    • Bonus Rounds are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
    • Only 1 Bonus Round will be provided per completed passport. However, a player may complete and submit multiple stamped passports.

    Passport Completion & Submission

    • Every round must be played at the respective Oki Golf course mentioned on the passport, and stamped during the round check-in.
    • The Bonus Round must be stamped and received at the last course played. Courses can be played in any order.
    • A completely stamped passport must be submitted at an Oki Golf course for entry into 2026 Platinum Players Card drawing.
    • Only 1 entry per person is allowed for a 2026 Platinum Players Card drawing.
    • Oki Golf may modify or cancel the program anytime.

    Card Benefits

    • Unlimited discounted greens fees are available at all nine (9) public Oki Golf courses.
    • Invitations to play Oki Golf’s private course, The Plateau Club, on Open Play Days
    • Exclusive offers and discounts such as 2-for-1 golf credits, monthly specials, and other surprises throughout the year.
    • New as of 2024: use your prepaid rounds at Indian Summer Golf Club!

    Applies to all Players Cards

    • All prepaid rounds include cart.
    • Discounted greens fees are available at all nine (9) public Oki Golf courses, any time, any day: Newcastle-Coal Creek & China Creek, Washington National, Redmond Ridge, Indian Summer G&CC, Harbour Pointe, Trophy Lake, Hawks Prairie-The Links & Woodlands.
    • Extensions not provided.
    • Prepaid rounds, discounted rates, and all benefits are non-transferable and are subject to change without notice.
    • Benefits do not include Practice Facility use.
    • Players Card rates are not valid for group events (tournaments, clubs, or other organized outings) that are booked outside of our standard facility tee time booking period
    • This program does not in any way create a membership to any Oki Golf facilities.
    • Card use can be terminated if, in the sole opinion of Oki Golf, the Cardholder has abused or violated the terms and conditions contained herein
    • This card does not guarantee the Cardholder tee times. Tee times may be reserved up to seven (7) days in advance.
    • Pricing is subject to change.
    • Purchases are subject to WA State Sales Tax. Tax rates dependent on location of purchase (on-site purchases) or purchasers zip code (online purchases).
    • Card has no cash value.

    Platinum Players Cards

    •  Platinum Card includes seven (7) prepaid rounds:
    • 1 round at Indian Summer: Play any day of the week, any time of the day
    • 1 round at Newcastle Coal Creek: Play any day of the week, any time of the day
    • 1 round at Newcastle China Creek: Play any day of the week, any time of the day
    •  1 round at Washington National: Play any day of the week, any time of the day
    • 3 flex rounds: Play any day of the week, any time of day at Harbour Pointe, Hawks Prairie, Redmond Ridge, and Trophy Lake. Play anytime Monday-Thursday and after 2pm Friday-Sunday at Indian Summer and Washington National. Play before 2pm Friday-Sunday at Indian Summer and Washington National for a $25 buy up fee. Play anytime at Newcastle China Creek for a $50 buy up fee.
    • Limit of one prepaid round at Newcastle Coal Creek and one prepaid round at Newcastle China Creek. Additional prepaid rounds can be redeemed with an upcharge of $50 at Newcastle China Creek ONLY.
    •  Seven guest passes included, valid for 50% off the public rate. Can be redeemed only for a paying guest, all day Monday-Thursday and after 2pm on Friday-Sunday.
    • Limit one guest pass redemption per prepaid round.

    Weekday 3-Pack Players Cards

    • Weekday 3-Pack Card includes three (3) prepaid rounds that can be redeemed at the following nine courses: Newcastle-Coal Creek & China Creek*, Indian Summer, Washington National, Redmond Ridge, Harbour Pointe, Trophy Lake, Hawks Prairie-The Links & Woodlands.
    • Prepaid rounds of golf may be played anytime during the week (Mon-Thur), plus anytime after 2pm on weekends (Fri-Sun).
    •  *Prepaid rounds played anytime at Newcastle will be subject to an upcharge of $25 at China Creek or $50 at Coal Creek.
    • Prepaid rounds played at Washington National and Indian Summer on Fri-Sun before 2pm will be subject to an upcharge of $25.

    Original Players Cards

    • Original Players Card includes one prepaid round (redeemable any day of the week, any time of day), cart included, redeemable at Newcastle-China Creek, Indian Summer, Washington National, Redmond Ridge, Harbour Pointe, Hawks Prairie-The Links & Woodlands, or Trophy Lake.
    • Prepaid round may not be played on the day of purchase at the China Creek course at The Golf Club at Newcastle.
    • Prepaid round may not be redeemed at Newcastle Coal Creek.
