How do I book a tee time?
Can I book a tee time as a single?
Yes, you can! Singles can now book tee times online or by calling our Golf Shops.
How do I book a group?
Who can receive Junior rates?
Golfers 17 and younger with an Oki Golf Players Card are eligible to receive our discounted junior rates. Junior rates are available all day Monday–Friday and after 12pm on Saturdays & Sundays. Junior rates do not include cart.
Juniors with a valid driver’s license are able to rent a cart at an additional fee.
Who can receive Senior rates?
Golfers 65 and older with an Oki Golf Players Card are eligible to receive our discounted senior rates. Senior rates are available weekday mornings (Monday–Thursday).
Do rates include cart?
All rates include cart*, except at Harbour Pointe Golf Club and The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie. Twilight Players Card rates do include cart at all of our public clubs.
*Junior rates do not include cart at any of our golf clubs.
Do you offer a military discount?
We do! All current and former U.S. Military members with a valid Military ID receive discounted Players Card rates at all Oki Golf public courses, always.
What holidays do the courses observe?
We are open 364 days a year! The only day the golf courses close is Christmas Day. On other holidays throughout the year, weekend rates apply.

How can I check my membership or Players Card benefits?
Discounted Greens Fees
Log in to your online profile. Navigate to the Memberships section. Any current subscriptions/memberships will be listed here. Your subscription/membership type will automatically grant you the correct green fee when you book a tee time.
Log in to your online profile. If you have any complimentary rounds remaining, your available rounds and current usage can be viewed in the Packages section of your profile. If you have used all of your complimentary rounds, you will not have any packages listed in the Packages section.
Why do I have to add a credit card to my profile?
Credit cards are required to secure a booking. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. You will pay for your round when you check-in for your round.
Where can I buy a Players Card?
If I buy my card at one of the golf courses, can I play one of the complimentary rounds the day of purchase?
Golfers purchasing the Original, Senior, or Junior Players Card for the first time may use a complimentary round the day of purchase at The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie, Trophy Lake Golf & Casting, Washington National Golf Club, Harbour Pointe Golf Club, or The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge; however, they may not use a complimentary round the day of purchase at The Golf Club at Newcastle.
Should I throw away my Players Card after I have used all the rounds?
NO! Your Players Card account number is on the back of the card, and cards can be used year over year. When you purchase a new card each year, the new membership is added to your existing record.
I’m buying my Players Card online today, but I have a tee time at an Oki Golf course tomorrow that I want to use a complimentary round for. Can I have my card expedited?
After you have submitted your web order, print out your e-mail confirmation and bring photo ID along with you to the Golf Shop. A team member will activate a barcoded membership card for you and allow you to redeem a complimentary round. If you do not have your e-mail confirmation, the golf staff will offer you the discounted Players Card rate but will not allow the redemption of a complimentary round. The confirmation e-mail will arrive from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not see your confirmation e-mail, please be sure to check your junk mail to verify that it was not redirected to that folder.
When will my Players Card expire?
Are there any restrictions on complimentary round redemption?
For Original and Senior Cardholders, the only restrictions on complimentary rounds are if you choose the 2-round option at Hawks Prairie or Trophy Lake. In that scenario, one (1) of the complimentary rounds is redeemable anytime, and the second complimentary round is redeemable Monday–Thursday.
Is cart included with complimentary rounds?
Yes, cart is included with all Players Card complimentary rounds.* If you are playing at the discounted Players Card rate, there is an additional cart fee at Hawks Prairie and Harbour Pointe. Juniors must have a valid driver’s license to drive a cart.
*The Junior Players Cards complimentary round does not include a cart.

How many rounds can I play at any one course?
Platinum Players Cardholders may use up to six rounds at any one course with the exception of China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle. Limit of one (1) complimentary round remains at both China Creek and Coal Creek at The Golf Club at Newcastle.
Can I return my Player’s Card?
Refunds may be issued within 30 days of the purchase date if no complimentary rounds or card benefits have been used. After 30 days, all Players Card sales are final. If you’re unable to use your card as a result of a health issue, extensions may be granted with a doctor’s note. Please email us at email@example.com to request a medical extension.

Why can't I log in to my account to make a purchase?
Online store and golf accounts are not connected at this time. You can either checkout as a guest or create an online store account. If you would like to create an online store account, you can do so here.
How do I make a gift purchase?
If you are purchasing a Players Card as a gift, please include the full name, email, phone number, and address of the recipient in the customer notes section so we can assign the card to the correct account. If the recipient has an existing Players Card, you may also include their Players Card number.
If you would like to purchase a gift card as a gift and would like to have the gift card mailed to the recipient, please include their full name and address in the customer notes section.
